Malcolm co-founded SparkLabs Cultiv8 and is a founding partner of Cultiv8 Funds Management, a venture capital fund investing in agri-food technology from seed to Series B. He specialises in sourcing investment opportunities, portfolio management and corporate relationships to scale company growth. Mal holds Bachelor of and Master of Commerce from Sydney University.

Jonathon co-founded SparkLabs Cultiv8 and is a founding partner of Cultiv8 Funds Management, a venture capital fund investing in Agri-Food Technology. He is an experienced and active private investor, director and partner in several agri-food technology companies.

Tiffany specialises in fostering new strategic collaborations and nurturing our cohort companies. An ecosystem connector, she seamlessly orchestrates the integration of diverse stakeholders, identifying avenues for value creation across the industry and forging essential partnerships to expedite commercialisation for our cohorts. Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Education from RMIT.

Andrew connects the corporate world with the innovations they need to evolve and grow, and contribute to a secure, low-carbon future of food. A veteran of the venture and startup world he has worked with some of the world’s largest companies to identify and incorporate game changing innovations into their businesses. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Organisational Behaviour from UNE and a Graduate Certificate in Management from the Australian Institute of Business.

Catriona offers our cohort and our team a wealth of experience in corporate, startup, finance and agribusiness. Having launched her own successful agritech company,  Catriona brings the perfect balance of skills to meet the needs of our cohort and their teams. Catriona holds a Bachelor of Agricultural Economics from UNE.

Frank Meehan is General Manager of ESG and Climate at FiscalNote.com, a US company listed on the NYSE with over 3,000 enterprise and government customers globally. He is on the investment committee for SparkLabs Cultiv8 and Cultiv8 Funds Management, a venture capital fund investing in Agri-Food Technology. Frank is a co-founder and Partner at the SparkLabs Group, Asia's leading early-stage accelerator, headquartered in Seoul. He is a core contributor at BraveNewDAO, building the decentralised finance protocol for investing in Climate and Sustainable Real World Assets.

Jimmy Kim is co-founder and Partner at SparkLabs Group, a network of start-up accelerators and venture capitals funds. Jimmy is also the co-founder and President of N3N, an IoT platform company and Cisco’s first global IoT investment. N3N service numerous Fortune 500 companies and governments, including Samsung Electronics and Hyundai Motors. He previously served as N3N’s CEO. Jimmy holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Northwestern University and a Master of Engineering from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology.

Mitch is responsible for all stages of the investment lifecycle, including sourcing, structuring, due diligence and portfolio management. An experienced investor in private markets, Mitch brings deep specialisation in agriculture, natural capital and real assets in Australia and around the world. Mitch holds Bachelor degrees in Commerce and Economics from ANU.
